What this site is for
Vertex Space publishes general information about a category of desktop computer games and about Australian rules and services that relate to it. It is provided for information only. It is not professional advice of any kind, and it is not security, legal, financial or consumer advice tailored to anyone's circumstances.
The site is not an official source for, nor authorised by, any game studio, publisher or platform. It cannot act on a game account, process a payment or provide technical support.
Accuracy and change
Pages are written from the sources described on the method page and were checked on the effective date above. Products, prices, platform support, sign-up processes and vendor policies change without notice, and information here can become out of date between reviews. Before acting on anything you read here, check the vendor's own site, which is the authority on its own product.
If something on this site is wrong, write to info@vertexspace.online. Corrections of fact are made when they are received.
Links to other sites
This site links to third-party websites, including an advertiser's address and several Australian government sites. Those sites are outside the publisher's control. Their content, availability and privacy practices are their own, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond the specific point it is cited for. Content and trade marks
The text, stylesheet, script and graphics on this site are the publisher's own work and may not be republished in substantial part without permission. Quoting a short passage with a link back is welcome and needs no permission.
Enlisted and all other product names, logos and brands mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. Vertex Space is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Product names are used for identification and description only.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that applies under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the resupply of the information, or the cost of having it resupplied.
Subject to that, the publisher is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, from the content or availability of a third-party site, or from a decision to install, register for or purchase any product described.
Acceptable use

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where the publisher is established, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction.
