Publisher details

Formal correspondence, including legal notices, can be addressed to the registered address above. Postal correspondence is not the fastest route; email reaches the same people sooner.

What is answered here

• Corrections. If something on this site is wrong, point at the sentence and, where you can, at the source that shows it is wrong. Corrections of fact are applied when received rather than held for the next edition.
• Questions about the commercial arrangement, the method, or how a page was written.
• Complaints about the site itself, including how advertising is disclosed on it.
• Rights requests under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) in relation to anything this publisher holds, which in practice is limited to correspondence and server logs. The privacy policy sets out the detail.
• Notices from a studio or rights holder about how their product or trade mark is described.

What cannot be answered here

Vertex Space is not connected to any game studio or publisher and has no ability to act on a game account. Requests of the following kinds have to go to the vendor, and sending them here only delays them:

• Account recovery, password resets, bans or moderation decisions.
• Refunds, chargebacks and billing disputes — see the spending guide for the Australian route.
• Technical support, crashes, installation problems and hardware questions.
• Requests for a game key, currency, beta access or any other item. This site has none to give and runs no promotions.

What to expect

This is a small publishing operation, not a support desk, and there is no staffed queue. Messages are answered in the order they arrive, in English. An email address given in correspondence is used only to reply to that correspondence; it is never added to a list, because there is no list.
